Oleg Firer
Chairman, Chief Executive Officer & President
Mr. Firer oversees the operations of Acies and has led the
Company from its inception. Previously, Mr. Firer served as the
Chief Operating Officer for Digital Wireless Universe, a leading
B2B distributor of wireless voice and data communications
products and services. Under his leadership, the Company
developed an automated credit risk management and wireless
procurement systems. His work prior to Digital Wireless Universe
involved serving as a Managing Partner of CellCellCell, LLC, a
premier online distributor of wireless products and services;
Vice President for SpeedUS Corp., a NASDAQ-traded holding
company that owns an equity interest in diverse businesses, as
well as a pioneer of Local Multipoint Distribution System ("LMDS").
Through his past experience, Mr. Firer embodies an experienced
leader with the knowledge and capabilities to lead Acies into
the future with great expectations. The success he has had in
the past includes experience as a senior operations manager,
building presence and generating profitability in highly
competitive markets. He also has proven achievements in new
product launch, new market development and establishing market
presence.
Steven Wolberg
Director, Chief Strategy Officer
As a Chief Strategy Officer, Mr. Wolberg is responsible for the ongoing development of Acies' corporate strategy and finding key opportuniites to drive organic and potential acquisition growth for the Company. In addition Mr. Wolberg focuses on directing corporate initiatives and development of strategic alliances with key corporate partners.
Prior to joining the Company as a Chief Strategy Officer, Mr. Wolberg served as a consultant to the Company since January 2009 and currently serves as a Director. Mr. Wolberg brings a unique blend of legal and business skills and has more than 20 years of experience transacting in the local and international business arena. Prior to joining Acies, Mr. Wolberg successfully served in multiple legal and business roles including serving as Chief legal counsel and Vice President of Mascot Network a Massachusetts technology company, Corporate and Real Estate Attorney at Attorneys Brown & Rudnick, and President of Oakland Properties, a real estate development corporation.
Mr. Wolberg also currently owns and serves as the Managing Member of Prime Portfolios, LLC, which does not directly compete with the Company, but which does hold a private investment portfolio of payment processing companies similar to the Company.
Mr. Wolberg received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa, his Bachelors of Laws from the University of Witwatersrand, in Johannesburg, South Africa, and his Juris Doctorate from the New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts. Mr. Wolberg is also a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association.

Brous
Consultant, Interim Chief
Financial Officer
Dedicated, results-driven executive, team player and leader with diversified background in finance, systems implementation and general management.
Mr. Brous is a senior accountant with 30 years experience, of which the last 25 have been in controllership positions. During his carrer Mr. Brous led companies of over 300 employees including the management of MIS and Human Resource departments. Mr. Brous' experience includes cash management, public and private reporting, bank relations, auditing and financial analysis.
Mr. Brous currently serves as a Chief Financial Officer of Star Capital Holdings Corp and is actively involved in managing financial aspects of the operating companies
Star Capital invests in until permanent management is attained.
Mr. Brous received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the State University of New York.
